What is this secret??
If you don't know what that is don't feel bad. Just about every-time I bring this subject up, it's like listening to crickets on a warm balmy night.
Basically Google's business model changed. Google has given preferential treatment to Brand related companies as being the relevant place holders on page one of Google Search Results.
What's that mean?
Life just got a lot harder ranking on page of Google Search after 2007.
I don’t take anything ANYONE says as “fact”.
I believe when I see it for myself. And the only way to see it is to test it.
That said, I don’t expect YOU to take anything I say as “fact”either.
I am going to show you how and put it to the test for yourself.
I don't know about you but I know when I am being lied too.
For example, I know many people who hung on every word that Matt spoke as he produced one video after another as Google's spokesperson to the Masses.
Here is Matts take on Vince's change when he was pressed for what it means.
The Vince Update is more of a minor change as well as a "Trust Change" in terms of the ranking algorithm and brand domains
Instead wouldn't you liked to have been the fly on the wall when Eric Schmidt was discussing how Vince's Change was going to be implemented.
"Brands are the solution, not the problem, "Mr. Schmidt said. "Brands are how you sort out the cesspool.

Today I am closing in on almost a Billion keywords researched using software I created to deal with Vince's change.
I tested multiple random tiny samples of keywords and plotted a graph below how Brands are dominating the Google Search Results Today.
The results surprised me, they were worst than I expected, I saw over 71% of the keywords tested show Brand Dominance in Google Search as plotted in the graph below.
When you dig into this deeper to see which brands are dominating the Google Search Results it becomes difficult sorting out who is who.
Not long ago a study was done to understand how brand dominance has taken over the Google Search Results.
What was found is most of the brands on page one of Google Search are controlled by just three hands full of companies, 16 major brands overall.

These 16 major brands have been on a buying spree gobbling up less brand related web properties and adding them to their portfolio.
In addition Brands use their online authority and the online authority of the popular brands that operate under them, to get new brands they launch to rank well and generate traffic, but not without the help of Google.
Google allows Brands to bend the rules that non brands are not allowed to practice.
Google for years has been keeping you distracted with a zoo of animals. Each time a new update is announced you hustle to find out how they affect your rankings.
While Vincents Change Is Dominating Page One Results.
Brands due to their Authority break all the rules
Shady Link Building, Footer Links etc... Practices that threaten the existence of non brands if you attempt to get this by Google these days.
Page Cloaking, a long time abandoned practice, BMW is found doing this and only gets a one day penalty, try this as a non brand and be prepared to be banned for life.
Page One Listings No Keywords in Content, many times just an image ..., brands get the luxury of page one listings by default in their industry due to Vincent's Change.
Simple fact is Brands have a different play book to getting on Page One Of Google, than the rest of us.
Google algorithm updates mean very little to Brands, while we struggle in the trenches, checking and double checking if we are playing by the book.
All is not lost, in fact many times it is much easier to get page one rankings with the new playbook of Google Search, I no longer concern myself with any Google Updates with what I know to be true.
The smoking gun
If you are in any business and want to be successful you need to understand one thing and one thing only.
Everything you learned up to now leaves you unprepared for the future of Organic Search unless you CHANGE and FOLLOW THE MONEY.
If your still clinging onto Keyword Planner and relying on the Long Tail it's not your fault.
Worst yet the shiny new object syndrome, that perpetuates myths since the beginning of SEO…
Shiny New Object success stories come from “quick tricks” and “shiny methods.”
A weird hack may work for a week or two… Then Facebook or Google gets wise and the money instantly stops coming in… You have to start all over… You’re never secure and you can never relax.
That’s why these hacks are distractions – in fact, your worst enemy – packaged in the form of shiny methods and software.
And 99.99% of those little packages are full of B.S….
Truth is no one has shown you how to get around the herd mentality that cripples the majority of people looking to get on page one of Google.

I am not looking for a herd, I'm looking for a few people with common sense that want to dominate the Google Page One Search Results.
I remember vividly, in 2007, sitting at my desk thinking why I was losing page one rankings when no new Google updates happened.
In fact, before 2007 using Keyword Planner and The Long Tail worked well, I had over 10 million pages up in Google, most on page one, many of them heavy hitters and next to impossible to rank for today.
Until I stumbled upon the only reliable and repeatable way to turn your “4 hour work week” type fantasies into your reality…
It took me over 3 years to discover how to exploit Google's New Vincent's Change.
Here are a few examples using my exploit to get page one rankings.
The rankings have held page one rankings for years, my little website has had no new content added to it since I created it.
Before you pass judgement on the examples below, I want you to keep in mind what you are looking at and the goals.
Picking easy to rank niches and keywords is extremely important in the Brand Dominate Search Results Today.
The Goal is to be seen on page one of Google everywhere you can.
Expecting to dethrone Brands for fiercely competitive keywords is not realistic and a waste of your time.
If you build your pages the way I do, Google will do it for you, because of the Authority your building being on Page One everywhere.
We discovered this because of all the testing we constantly do!
The other thing you need consider is, I've not added any new content on these pages for years and still hold page one rankings.
I have a client who ranks for a local term that has the same results.
He sells a local fishing map and every local term he ranks for it with ease using this exploit.
Still not convinced about the easy keywords I identify to get almost immediate page one rankings in Google??
Closely analyze the Google Analytic images below, I show more proof traffic generation is not about high volume search counts/keywords from Keyword Planner.
You will immediately see that the average visitors/keywords is quite low.
Using Search Volumes from Keyword Planner has no affect to your traffic stats.
Especially if you can't be found on page one!
As I was writing this, I took an image from SEMrush for one of the largest authority affiliate website's (GearPatrol) that get's over 1/2 million searches monthly.
Imagine what you could accomplish if you had their traffic coming to your website!
Their visitors/keyword is much lower, only getting 1.089 visitors per keyword.
It goes to prove you still don't need high volume search counts from Keyword Planner to drive phenomenal amounts of traffic to your website.
Instead its all about high amounts of keywords to drive that traffic that counts.
You won't see rehashed information from me, told you I'm different.
