\nThe grouches pull you down.

\nLearn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever…
\nNever let the brain get idle. ‘An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.’

\nLaugh until you gasp for breath.
\nAnd if you have a friend who makes you laugh,
\nspend lots and lots of time with HIM \/HER.<\/i>
