2011 has been quite a year for marketing. This year has brought about many new marketing approaches and I am sure we will see more new ways to market to our customers. What has changed mainly is the new marketplace channels such as making your products available in multiple formats for hand held devices such as the kindle, apple products etc…

As any astute marketer should be doing is keeping their ears to the pipeline of change to spot the new trends as the internet matures.

I have run across a video series put out by Yahoo called the Futurist Series – Videos.

This is about advertising experts, creative luminaries, Yahoo! product demos, and more.

First video of the series is about Seth Godin (does this surprise anyone?)

Take a look at this and the other videos :).
